1. Platform role

Halls Aura is a venue discovery and booking facilitation platform. We connect customers with venue owners. We do not own or operate the venues listed on the platform.

2. Bookings are requests, not guarantees

Submitting a booking request through Halls Aura creates a request only. A booking is confirmed only after the admin approves it and the venue accepts. Until then, the slot remains available to other customers.

3. Venue owner responsibilities

  • Provide accurate listing details, pricing, images, amenities and availability.
  • Honor confirmed bookings and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Comply with all local laws, taxes and licensing requirements.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Verify final details (date, slot, price, inclusions) with the venue before any payment.
  • Provide truthful contact and event information.
  • Treat venue staff and property with respect.

5. Payments & disputes

Unless Halls Aura officially handles a payment through the platform, all advance, final and refund terms are between the customer and the venue. Halls Aura is not a party to those payments and is not responsible for payment, refund or pricing disputes arising offline.

6. Limitation of liability

Halls Aura is not directly responsible for venue quality, cancellations, pricing changes, third-party disputes, payment disputes, customer or venue owner behavior, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

6A. Cancellation, refund and non-refundable charges

Each venue sets its own cancellation, rescheduling, advance and refund policy. Before paying, customers must obtain those terms in writing from the venue. Unless a payment page expressly states otherwise, platform, verification, processing, promotional and listing charges are non-refundable once the related service has been delivered. Venue advances may be refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable according to the venue's disclosed policy and the time remaining before the event.

Uploading payment proof does not guarantee acceptance. If Halls Aura directly receives money for a service, any approved refund is returned to the original payment method after identity and transaction verification; bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Halls Aura may assist communication but cannot compel a venue to refund money paid directly to that venue.

6B. Pricing, availability and force majeure

Displayed prices are estimates until the venue confirms the complete package. Taxes, catering, décor, overtime and add-ons may change the total. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events reasonably outside its control, but both should promptly discuss rescheduling or the venue's applicable refund terms.

7. Communications

By using Halls Aura, you agree to receive booking and service messages by WhatsApp, email, phone or in-app notifications.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no fake listings, no fake bookings, no abusive content, no scraping, no attempts to bypass security or platform fees.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.

10. Reviews, content and intellectual property

You may upload only content you own or are authorised to use. Reviews must be genuine and respectful. Halls Aura may remove misleading, unlawful or abusive material. The Halls Aura brand, interface and original platform content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

11. Suspension, governing law and contact

We may suspend accounts or listings involved in fraud, abuse, security risks or repeated policy violations. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan. Please contact hello@hallsaura.com before starting a formal dispute so we can try to resolve the matter.
